Cancellation Policy

Dear Clients,

          Due to high demand of appointment times, it has become necessary to establish a cancellation policy. Any appointments scheduled will be required to put a credit/debit card on file. In the case of a cancellation, our policy is as follows:

          Courtesy calls are necessary for cancellations. Three hour cancellation calls are requested. If cancellations are made within three hours of appointment times, a $20 charge will be applied to the card on file. In the event that the client does not come in for a service that is booked, with no forewarning (no call, no show), a $30 charge will be applied.

          72 hours before appointment times, a courtesy email will be sent as a reminder with options to confirm appointments.

          24 hours before appointment times, a text message reminder will be sent as well. 

          Cancellations can be made via phone calls, voicemail, Facebook, or emailing our business email. (freshskinbr@gmail.com).
